Retail Merchandising is a critical component for success in retail. Sonas can build out a Retail Merchandising program within an agreed upon area or territory to meet the needs of our clients of all sizes.
Our program comes with full Store Visit recap reporting from our GPS enabled Smart Phone reporting system and allows our clients to in effect have their own dedicated set of "eyes and ears" visiting their retail customers stores on a regular basis to ensure full shelves, adequate inventory, selling in displays, and building stronger relationships between their brands and the stores.
Merchandising Services can include:
- Inventory management to avoid out of stock and lost sales
- Replenishment ordering in accordance with Retailers procedures
- Stockroom to shelf merchandising
- Stock rotation and sell by date management
- Coupons for short self life inventory or promotions
- Inventory count and reporting
- Point of Sales displays/ signage installation and management
- Plano-gram installation and management
- Full visit report by smart phone app with customer reporting, multiple pictures and data collection
- Ability to generate orders or suggested orders for immediate submission
- Add in competitor intelligence gathering
- Sell in or up-sell for additional SKU's and promotions
- Relationship building with store level retail management and staff
- Liaise with Field Sales reps and or area management
